Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfy with your purchase. As this is a limited, print-to-ship collection, our return policy is designed to balance exclusivity with customer care.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Footwear should be tried on indoors only to avoid scuffs or marks.

  • Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

  • Unsuccessful entries in the order process are automatically refunded and are not eligible for returns (as no item is shipped).

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at return@zyphor.io with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a prepaid return label where applicable.

Packing Returns

Please return items in their original box and packaging, packed securely to prevent damage during shipping. Include all accessories, tags, and paperwork.

Return Costs

  • United Kingdom & European Union: Returns are free within 30 days.

  • All Other International Orders: Returns are accepted within 30 days. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at return@zyphor.io so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of this collection, exchanges are only possible in cases of quality issues caused by manufacturing defects under normal wear conditions.

Exchanges are not available for issues resulting from improper use, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted purchases will be refunded at the price paid, not the original retail price

  • Limited edition or exclusive items are only returnable if they meet the eligibility requirements above.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet entered production or been dispatched. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

  2. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

  4. If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at return@zyphor.io.

EU Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements above.
