Global Shipping

Shipping fees are already included in the product price, with no hidden costs at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders:

  • United Kingdom 

  • Europe: EU & EEA countries, Monaco and more.

  • International: Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Canada, Egypt, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the United States, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam

Print-to-Ship Collection

This exclusive collection is produced on a print-to-ship basis, meaning each order is made specially for you. Confirmed purchases will be shipped by the end of December (expected time).

Order Processing

  • Early Bird Orders: Your order is confirmed immediately at checkout.

  • General Orders:

    • Select your size and colour, then complete payment to enter the game.

    • On 1 December 2025, we will announce which entries have secured a pair.

    • If your entry is unsuccessful, your payment will be refunded within 2 weeks after the announcement.

    • If your entry is successful, your pair will be produced and shipped by the end of December (expected time).

Because of the exclusive nature of this collection, standard 1–2 business day processing times do not apply. Instead, your order will be prepared and shipped by the timeline stated above.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the to follow your order’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to ship all orders by the stated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or other unforeseen events (such as extreme weather). If you experience any unexpected delays, please contact us.
